The CaLSAM project's next consortium meeting will occur on 9–10 October 2025 at Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim. All European and international project partners are expected to attend.

The first transnational consortium meeting of the CaLSAM project took place on February 10–12, 2025 in Bielefeld, Germany. This inaugural meeting brought together all project partners to establish project foundations.
